Guest Parking – If you are a 1st or 2nd time guest at Journey Church, we want to give you easy access to our campus. One of our Parking Lot greeters will direct you to a great parking spot with easy access to a close entry.

Accessible Parking – We have reserved spaces available for anyone needing handicap-accessible parking. Our Parking Lot greeters will direct you to a spot that will accommodate your needs. Our building is handicap accessible on the entire first level, and we have an accessible restroom in the cafe. At this time, we do not have an accessible elevator to the second level where we hold our Journey Kidz ministry.

Regular Attender Parking – For those who call Journey Church their church home, our parking lot attendants will direct you to appropriate parking, whether around our facility or in the adjacent lot at First Seacoast Bank (we have permission to use on Sundays).  Our Parking Lot team will have greeters and signs to help direct you to all available parking. If you have children, you are invited to bring them into our Journey Kidz Ministry (Infants-5th Grade).  We have child care and children’s programming provided for every weekend experience while teens and adults gather in our auditorium. With a state-of-the-art Check-In System and technology for alerting parents if needs arise, you can enjoy your time while your kids have a great time themselves.

During the Check-In process appropriate health information will be collected in order to ensure your child’s safety and enjoyment.   Your children are of utmost priority to us and we take every measure possible to ensure their fun, spiritual growth, and security.  If you prefer to keep your children with you during your 1st visit, then please feel free to do so.  One of our auditorium hosts will direct you to a parent section where you can exit quickly should you need. We want this to be an enjoyable experience for the whole family!

As you enter our Worship Center (the room for adults & teens), you will be greeted with smiles and shown a comfortable place to enjoy your time.  There is no need to dress up here, we prefer a more casual attire.

Through a combination of today’s music, down-to-earth teaching, and creative visual effects, the life-changing message of the Bible is brought to life.  Our goal is not for people to simply download more religious information.  Our goal is for people to have a spiritual encounter with the God of the Bible.

If you are new to church, then our goal is to make things engaging, thought-provoking, and accessible. If you have been following Jesus for some time, then our goal is to challenge you in your commitment to follow God.

Every weekend experience typically lasts for about 70 minutes (this includes 25 minutes of live music, video, drama, and then about 35 minutes of teaching).  If you want to test drive and watch one of our experiences online before attending in person, click here

Every weekend experience at Journey Church is typically made up of skeptics, those new in their faith, and those who are already on the journey with Jesus.  Every week we have people visiting Journey Church for the 1st time.  It doesn’t matter if you have never cracked open the Bible or gone to church - our goal is for you to feel welcomed and accepted (with no strings attached)!

At no point will we attempt to single out our guests or make them feel uncomfortable. The only thing we do is encourage everyone attending to fill out a Connection Card letting us know about their visit. Then we’ll instruct you to drop your guest card off at Guest Services before you go. To show our appreciation to our guests, we give a free gift to all those who turn in a Connection Card.  If you have any questions during your visit please stop by Guest Services (in the front foyer with a sign that says, “Guest Services”) or ask an Auditorium Host Team Member (they will be wearing a name tag).

One thing that we hope you will take away from your Sunday experience at Journey Church is a strong emphasis on Jesus.  Our aim every weekend is to point people to Jesus as the sole Forgiver and Leader of our lives.  We want to help every person build their faith, experience hope, and grow in their love towards God and others!

We recognize and respect the fact that many of our guests don’t yet believe in Jesus or have a "churched" background, so we work hard to explain in today’s terminology everything we teach from the Bible.  At the end of every sermon, the pastor will give people an opportunity to take a step of faith by praying on their own and then marking that step on their Connection Card.  We believe that Jesus is already nudging you to come to God, and we simply want to partner in that process!
